About DEATH NOTE
DEATH NOTE is originally a manga series serialized in Weekly Shounen Jump, created by Ooba Tsugumi and Obata Takeshi. The story revolves around a high-stakes battle of wits between two geniuses: Yagami Raito (also known as Kira), who uses the “Death Note”—a notebook from a shinigami (death god) that kills anyone whose name is written in it—to purge the world of criminals and create his ideal society, and L, the world’s greatest detective who takes on the challenge of solving these mysterious deaths.
