What’s This Crazy Collaboration All About?

The massive live-streaming app 17LIVE (Ichinana) has teamed up with the anime and game beauty character magazine Megami Magazine for a special event! An audition was held among certified streamers (livers) on the platform, with four winners getting the incredible chance to appear as characters in an original manga created by Megami Magazine.

And now, the moment we’ve all been waiting for—the four lucky winners who secured the “character appearance rights” have been decided! Not only that, but the original manga itself is being revealed right here, right now!!

What is “17LIVE”?

17LIVE is a live streaming service enjoyed by 50 million users worldwide. You can broadcast or watch everyday moments in real-time—singing, playing instruments, talking about hobbies or pets, gaming streams, you name it.

The charm of live streaming is that it requires no complicated editing; you can start right away with just your smartphone! What’s more, by participating in events, you might just get a chance to make your own dreams come true!?

The “WE’LL CAST YOU IN A MANGA! An Original Manga by the Magazine ‘Megami Magazine'” Project

This was an audition project targeted at female certified streamers active on 17LIVE. From the top-ranking livers, a total of four finalists were chosen to win the right to appear as characters in an original manga handled by Megami Magazine.

Among the audition winners, the top-ranked liver gets the right to appear as a main character, while three others get to be supporting characters. Interestingly, for this project, at least one of the four chosen livers was selected from among the V-livers (livers who stream using a virtual avatar).

Here are the four amazing individuals who triumphed in the final audition and earned their spot in the original manga! Congratulations to all of them!

1st Place: Makokichi

2nd Place: ◯◯ no Aripon.

Tagline: “From model photo shoots to days full of laughter. A liver who brightens everyone’s day with her cheer and energy!”

3rd Place: Kuttsuko

Introduction: “I’m Kuttsuko, a professional marimba player! I also belong to a professional orchestra called the Osaka Shion Wind Orchestra. I continue live streaming because I want to deliver music to as many people as possible.”

4th Place: Takanomiya Piyo

Introduction: “Full of energy and a little bit sassy!? A cute, loli chick V-liver! I’m striving every day to become a top-selling voice actress V-liver! Come hang out on my stream! I’ll be waiting, piyo~!”
