The official website for the television anime adaptation of Tomotsuka Haruomi’s manga Reiwa no Dara-san (also known as Dara-san of Reiwa) has announced additional cast members, the ending theme, and a second promotional video. The series is scheduled to premiere on July 2 at 9:30 p.m. on AT-X, followed by Tokyo MX, BS Nippon Television, and Kansai TV.

Musical duo REIRIE performs the ending theme “Hinata Bokko,” which is previewed in the newly released promotional video.
Staff
Suzuki Masato (known for Mahou Shoujo ni Akogarete) directs the anime at Asahi Production. The series composition is handled by Kimura Noboru (Solo Leveling) and Yamada Yasunori (Game Center Shoujo to Ibunka Kouryuu). Kikuta Kouichi (KonoSuba: God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World!) is the character designer, and Ishizuka Rei (Kakkou no Iinazuke) composes the music.
Manga Background
Tomotsuka Haruomi originally began drawing the manga as a webcomic on his official X account in October 2021 before starting serialization on ComicWalker (now Kadocomi) in March 2022. Kadokawa published the seventh volume in December 2025, with the eighth volume scheduled for release on June 23.
Yen Press licensed the manga in English in December 2024 and published the second volume on November 25, with the third volume set to release on June 23.
