About Meitantei Precure!
Meitantei Precure! is the 23rd installment of the Precure franchise, which began airing in February 2026. The series takes the theme of “detectives” and encourages viewers to “see, feel, think, and find the true answer.” The story is set in 1999, where the protagonist, Akechi Anna, is guided by a mysterious power and time-slips from the present day to 1999. There, she meets Kobayashi Mikuru, and together they transform into the detective-themed Precure heroines, exploring friendship and growth across time.
