The latest issue of Hakusensha’s young men’s manga magazine Young Animal (No. 14, 2026) went on sale July 10, featuring new chapters of both Berserk and March Comes in Like a Lion. For Berserk, this marks the third consecutive installment in a three-issue run, and the chapter appears in color.
Berserk: Color Chapter and the Road Ahead
Currently serialized under the production structure of “Original story: Miura Kentarou, Manga: Studio Gaga, Supervision: Mori Kouji,” Berserk continues to follow the brutal journey of the Black Swordsman Guts. In this color chapter, the story reaches a pivotal moment as Guts makes his return—and in the Hawk’s capital, events are set in motion.
March Comes in Like a Lion and More
Also in this issue, Umino Chika’s March Comes in Like a Lion—a story about people finding something back through the world of shogi—presents its latest chapter.
