The TV anime adaptation of FX Senshi Kurumi-chan (FX Warrior Kurumi-chan) is set to begin broadcasting in October 2026. Alongside the announcement, a key visual has been unveiled, and three additional cast members have been revealed: Seto Asami, Itou Ayasa, and Okasaki Miho.
The story follows university student Fukuga Kurumi, who dives into the world of foreign exchange (FX) trading to recover the 20 million yen her late mother lost. The manga, serialized in Comic Flapper, is written by Demunyan and illustrated by Tansan Daisuki.
The newly released key visual features protagonist Kurumi alongside her investment friends: Kogane Mochiko, Yamashi Mebuki, and the investment blogger Takane Yasuko, who goes by the handle “Afi-chan.” The illustration includes various world currencies, a PC, and a smartphone.
Seto Asami voices Kogane Mochiko, Itou Ayasa voices Yamashi Mebuki, and Okasaki Miho voices Takane Yasuko. Comments from the cast have also been released.

When I first read the original manga, the combination of cute characters and FX left a strong impression. I thought the contrast would make the content milder, but it was far more thrilling than I expected—dopamine-pumping and intense. I’m playing Mochiko, who navigates the FX world skillfully, but she’s quite a tricky character. Still, I’ve come to love her unique way of thinking and her personal rules for recognizing others. Yamashi Mebuki (CV: Itou Ayasa)
I started reading the manga with almost zero knowledge, thinking, “FX is like stocks, right?” But before I knew it, I was drawn into the story just as Kurumi and the others get absorbed into the FX world. Even if you don’t understand the details, you’ll realize that FX is a crazy world. Winning or losing, excitement or despair—it’s all on you. FX Senshi Kurumi-chan teaches important lessons through the battles of these adorable girls. Please watch their courageous journey!
Takane Yasuko (CV: Okasaki Miho)
I’m Okasaki Miho, voicing Takane Yasuko! I was hooked on the original manga’s fun (and terror?) from the audition, so I’m thrilled to be involved in the anime adaptation alongside Yasuko. The sight of cute girls diving into the unknown world of FX, their different strategies, and their fates are unmissable. Yasuko is relatively the voice of reason, but she has many scenes where she screams in frustration, and I really enjoyed feeling alive in front of the mic. The anime is full of specialized terms, so you might even become familiar with FX just by watching… but remember, investing is at your own risk!
