Get ready, Precure fans! A brand new trailer has just dropped for the upcoming movie, Eiga Kimi to Idol Precure♪ Omata se! Kimi ni Todokeru Kirakki Live!, set to premiere on September 12, 2025. Alongside the exciting footage that will make your heart go *kyunkyun*, it’s been announced that the theme song will be “♪HiBiKi Au Uta♪,” performed by the five main Precure characters themselves!
The “Precure” series has captured hearts across generations since the broadcast of Futari wa Precure began in 2004. In 2025, the latest TV series, Kimi to Idol Precure♪, is set to debut, and this film serves as its highly anticipated theatrical adaptation.
A Musical Adventure on Iaijima
The newly released trailer kicks off with the five Precure girls expressing their surprise upon being introduced to the Idol Festival on Iaijima, set to the tune of “Kimi to Idol Precure♪ Light Up! ReMix for You and Idol Precure♪.” We see dazzling shots of attendees getting hyped up with their Miracle Iai Bless bracelets, which are the mark of festival participation.
The trailer also gives us a full view of Iaijima, complete with its striking statue of a goddess. The island is teeming with diverse idols and a massive audience gathered from all over the world, including unique attendees like ants and robots, truly making it a vibrant scene fit for the greatest festival in the universe.

A Mysterious Girl and a Looming Threat
Amidst this grand stage, Sakura Uta encounters Tera, a red-haired girl who surprisingly dislikes idols. Despite this, Uta’s heartfelt desire grows: “Someday, I want to make Tera sparkle and shine (kirakki ran ran) with my song.”
However, the island is suddenly invaded by a massive swarm of mysterious monsters called Yamikurage, turning people into stone! Even Hibiki Kaito and others back in Hanamichi Town are attacked, putting Uta’s world and the entire Idol Fest in grave danger. Can the Precure deliver their songs and save everyone?
Catchy Theme Song & Live Tour
Adding to the excitement, the movie’s theme song is confirmed to be “♪HiBiKi Au Uta♪,” performed by the five Precure themselves. The trailer gives us a taste of their refreshing vocals, building anticipation for the epic live performance that can only be experienced in the film.
Furthermore, the schedule for the “#Eiga Kimi Puri Kimi ni Aitai! Manatsu no Kirakki Live Tour♪” has been revealed! Starting at Hareza Ikebukuro in Tokyo on August 2nd, the tour will visit various locations, culminating in a grand finale on September 27th which is planned to be broadcast via live viewing in movie theaters across Japan.
