The original game, Disney Twisted-Wonderland, which serves as the foundation for the animation, quickly became a sensation thanks to its deep world-building set in a magic-user training academy called Night Raven College. The game’s concept, main scenario, and character designs were all masterfully crafted by mangaka Toboso Yana, renowned for her iconic work Kuroshitsuji (Black Butler), bringing a truly unique Disney villain essence to life.

My first impression was that he’s a very serious, disciplined, diligent, and highly responsible character as a dorm leader. He’s quite feared by the dorm students, but I sensed his strong convictions. So, when I performed, I aimed to convey not only his strictness but also a hint of the purity and gentleness within him.

Ace Trappola CV. Yamashita Seiichirou

My impression is that he’s a modern character with a high schooler’s vibe and attitude, and he has a keen observational eye, constantly watching his surroundings. He often acts with his own benefit in mind, which makes him seem smart, but his cleverness isn’t always foolproof; he has charming imperfections and immaturities.

Deuce Spade CV. Kobayashi Chiaki

His earnest effort to become an honor student makes you really want to cheer him on. He’s not particularly skilled, but his courage in facing challenges is inspiring. His determination to overcome his past self, who caused trouble for others, is what makes him so captivating. Above all, I focused on portraying Deuce’s straightforwardness.

Trey Clover CV. Suzuki Ryoura

He often plays a role in supporting the dorm students amidst the strict rules set by Riddle, acting as a watchful guardian over the Heartslabyul Dorm and viewing things from a broader perspective. At this point, his full personality hasn’t been revealed, giving him an air of someone who might be harboring something deeper.

Cater Diamond CV. Kobayashi Tatsuyuki

He has excellent communication skills and a bright personality that allows him to quickly befriend anyone. However, he dislikes bothersome things and perseverance-based arguments, sometimes leading him to act subtly. I tried to portray Cater as someone who treats everyone equally, not acting superior to his juniors or peers, but rather striving for everyone to get along well.

Enman Yuuken CV. Azakami Youhei

He is a character with a strong “Japanese” image, which is quite rare in the world of Twisted-Wonderland. He has a straightforward personality, like a bamboo shoot split open, and is so direct that he can sometimes appear naive, but that’s precisely his charm. He has many relatable qualities, which makes playing him incredibly enjoyable!

Grim CV. Sugiyama Noriaki

He is a character with a straightforward personality, for better or worse. In a good sense, he’s a mascot-like character for the series, but I made an effort to portray him with a characterization that goes beyond just being cute. He schemes, he’s lured by delicious food – he’s faithful to his instincts, so I tried to express that as naturally as possible.

Dire Crowley CV. Miyamoto Mitsuru

Looking at his lines alone, he doesn’t seem like a bad person, but there’s also a coldness about him. I consciously tried to portray his quick changes, where various emotions flow in and out. I tried not to think too deeply about Crowley’s personality, as I felt it might influence my delivery of his lines.
