Haikyuu!! Debuts Its First Official Osechi for 2026!
For the first time ever in the history of the `Haikyuu!!` anime, DeAgostini Japan is introducing the official “Haikyuu!! Osechi 2026.” This luxurious three-tiered osechi box, specially developed in collaboration with the long-established osechi manufacturer Yamashoku, comes with exclusive original design bonuses. About Haikyuu!!: A Global Phenomenon
`Haikyuu!!` stands as a monumental sports manga by Furudate Haruichi, beloved for its passionate coming-of-age drama centered around high school volleyball players. Serialized for eight and a half years in Shueisha’s “Weekly Shonen Jump” starting in February 2012, the manga’s cumulative circulation has exceeded an astonishing 70 million copies.
The anime television series, based on this popular manga, began in 2014, with its fourth season airing until December 2020. It has captivated and moved not only manga readers but also anime fans both domestically in Japan and across the globe.
The highly anticipated film, `Gekijouban Haikyuu!! Gomisuteba no Kessen` (also known as `Haikyuu!! The Dumpster Battle`), released in February 2024, depicted the intense and dramatic showdown between Karasuno Koukou and their fated rivals, Nekoma Koukou. Osechi 2026,” the first official osechi in the series’ history, features a lavish three-tiered jyuubako that was originally developed in collaboration with Yamashoku, a seasoned osechi manufacturer. The dishes are artfully arranged, inspired by the characters and high schools appearing in the anime, allowing fans to truly savor the world of `Haikyuu!!`. A key highlight is the collection of exclusive, original design bonuses that can only be obtained here.
The magnificent three-tiered jyuubako offers a well-balanced assortment of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes. Each tier is thoughtfully designed with ingredients that evoke the spirit of the `Haikyuu!!` characters and schools.

The First Tier is inspired by Karasuno Koukou and even includes a cute Hinagarasu (the crow-like version of Hinata Shoyo) made from traditional Japanese nerikiri confectionery.
The Second Tier features a delightful array of dishes inspired by Aobajousai Koukou, Date Kougyou Koukou, Shiratorizawa Gakuen Koukou, and other high schools from the Sendai region. The Third Tier is brimming with dishes that pay homage to Nekoma Koukou, Fukurodani Gakuen Koukou, Inarizaki Koukou, Kamomedai Koukou, and other schools that have participated in the Spring High National Volleyball Tournament.
