Get ready, heroes! The highly anticipated third season of the hugely popular hero anime, Wanpanman, making its grand return after six and a half years, has officially announced that it will be broadcast for free on ‘ABEMA’.
About Wanpanman
Wanpanman (also widely known as One-Punch Man) is an exhilarating anime adaptation based on the immensely popular manga series, which is currently serialized in Shueisha’s ‘Tonari no Young Jump’. The original story is crafted by ONE, with stunning artwork by Murata Yuusuke. The series brilliantly portrays the surprisingly mundane yet hilariously captivating everyday life of Saitama, an incredibly powerful, laid-back hero who possesses the ability to defeat any opponent with just ‘one punch’. Alongside Saitama’s adventures, the anime also showcases the thrilling exploits of other diverse heroes as they bravely battle a myriad of formidable monsters.
The first season of the TV anime premiered in October 2015, followed by the second season in April 2019. It swiftly garnered massive popularity, captivating audiences worldwide not only with its unique and memorable cast of characters but also with its compelling blend of clever comedic elements and spectacular, intense battle action sequences. Now, as the anime celebrates its 10th anniversary since its debut, the eagerly awaited third season is set to begin broadcasting this October. The commencement of this new series, after a significant six-and-a-half-year hiatus, is being met with tremendous excitement and anticipation from countless dedicated fans.
