Fans in both Japan and the U.S. will be able to immerse themselves in these thrilling new adventures simultaneously.

A tantalizing glimpse into these brand-new Star Wars tales, meticulously crafted by acclaimed Japanese animation studios, has been unveiled with the release of both the original Japanese trailer and the English dub trailer. The Japanese original voice cast includes familiar faces returning from Volume 1 such as Tera Soma Masaki, Seto Asami, and Akasaki Chinatsu. They are joined by an extraordinary lineup of superstar voice actors, including Nami Kawa Daisuke, Ishida Akira, Fairouz Ai, Sugita Tomokazu, Miyano Mamoru, and Kurosawa Tomoyo.

An Unforgettable Japanese Voice Cast Assembles

For the Japanese original cast, Tera Soma Masaki reprises his iconic role as Ronin in The Duel: Payback, a highly anticipated sequel to Volume 1’s The Duel, co-produced by Kamikaze Douga and CG studio ANIMA. A new character, the Grand Master, will be voiced by Nami Kawa Daisuke, who has long been celebrated as the Japanese dub actor for Anakin Skywalker.

In Production I.G’s The Ninth Jedi: Child of Hope, a continuation of Volume 1’s The Ninth Jedi and a story leading into the original animation series Star Wars Visions Presents -The Ninth Jedi set for release in 2026, Akasaki Chinatsu returns as the protagonist Kara. Additionally, the distinguished Ishida Akira joins the cast to voice the newly introduced droid, Teto.

Kinema Citrus brings us Samayou Monotachi (which can be translated as “The Wanderers”), continuing the captivating tale from The Village Bride, with Seto Asami reprising her role as Eff. Kinema Citrus also presents a new short, Yuko no Takaramono (which can be translated as “Yuko’s Treasure”), starring Tera Sawa Momoka as the protagonist Yuko and Miyano Mamoru as Riku.

TRIGGER, a studio that also participated in Volume 1, delivers the new short The Smuggler, featuring Maejima Ami as the protagonist Chita, with the legendary Wakamoto Norio providing the narration. WIT STUDIO makes its exciting debut in this volume with The Bounty Hunters, casting the dynamic Fairouz Ai as Seven and the versatile Sugita Tomokazu as her loyal droid companion, IV-A4 (Ivafo).

Furthermore, Project Studio Q presents Yonmaibane no Uta (which can be translated as “Song of Four Wings”), with Ishimi Manaka as the protagonist Kurane and Toyosaki Aki as Upas. Polygon Pictures’ Gokurakuchou no Hana (which can be translated as “Bird of Paradise Flower”) stars Kurosawa Tomoyo as the protagonist Nakime and the esteemed Ohtsuka Hochu as Toad. Finally, David Production’s BLACK features Miyake Kenta as the Stormtrooper (Green).
