The official website for the television anime adaptation of Ayune Araragi‘s Isshiki-san wa Koi wo Shiritai. (Ms. Isshiki Wants to Know About Love) manga unveiled the main cast, additional staff, and a teaser promotional video on Friday.
Voice actors Riko Akechi (Ponkotsu Fuuki Iin to Skirt-take ga Futekisetsu na JK no Hanashi) and Shuuichirou Umeda (Hikaru ga Shinda Natsu) are starring as Rinna Milford and Meishi Rokutanda, respectively.

Kazuya Komai (A-Channel episode director) is helming the anime at Sakura Create, with Deko Akao (Komi-san wa, Comyushou desu.) handling the series composition. Shouhei Hamaguchi (Glamorous Heroes) is designing the characters.
Ayune originally serialized the romantic comedy manga titled Rinna Keibu wa Iki ga Dekinai in Comic REX magazine from October 2016 to December 2017 before relaunching it in Monthly Shounen Ace magazine in December 2020. Kadokawa published the ninth volume in October 2025, with the tenth volume planned for a May 25 release.
Yen Press licensed the manga in English on March 23, with the first volume scheduled for a September 22 release.
