Dive Deeper into the World of *Kimetsu no Yaiba*
*Kimetsu no Yaiba*, (also known as *Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba*), is an anime sensation based on Gotouge Koyoharu’s manga, serialized in Shueisha’s “Jump Comics”. With all 23 volumes published, the manga boasts over 150 million copies in circulation. The compelling story follows Kamado Tanjirou, a young boy whose family is tragically murdered by demons, and his sister Nezuko, who is transformed into a demon herself. To revert Nezuko to human form, Tanjirou joins the <Kimetsu no Yaiba Corps> and plunges into a relentless battle against demons. The anime has captivated audiences worldwide with its poignant narrative of humans and demons, breathtaking sword fighting sequences, a cast of charming characters, and well-placed comedic moments that lighten the intense atmosphere.
The anime series, animated by the acclaimed studio ufotable, began its run in April 2019 with *TV Anime Kimetsu no Yaiba: Kamado Tanjirou Risshi-hen*. Following the events of *TV Anime Kimetsu no Yaiba: Hashira Geiko-hen*, which aired from May 2024, the next epic chapter, *Gekijouban Kimetsu no Yaiba: Mugenjou-hen* (translated as *Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Infinity Castle Arc*), is being produced as a three-part film series. The first part, “Chapter One: Akaza Sairai” (Akaza’s Return), premiered on July 18th, drawing fans back into the thrilling adventure.
