The interim results for the top 20 Mobile Suits in the “Zen Sekai ‘Gundam’ Sou Senkyo 2025” (Worldwide “Gundam” General Election 2025), an ongoing voting event running until December 25th, have just been announced!
Main Protagonist Mobile Suits Like Nu Gundam and Freedom Gundam Dominate!
The “Zen Sekai ‘Gundam’ Sou Senkyo 2025” is a global voting event, available in 10 languages worldwide, that kicked off on October 9th to commemorate the grand opening of the “GUNDAM Official Website”.
The nominated Mobile Suits are carefully selected from the vast collection of Gundam-type and Gundam-named machines featured in the various animated works within the Universal Century and Alternative Series, all of which are cataloged on the official website. The Gundam that ultimately claims the coveted first place will be honored with a brand-new, specially drawn illustration.
For this interim announcement, the top 20 Mobile Suits have been unveiled. As expected, many protagonist machines that represent their respective series have landed high on the list, including Amuro’s iconic ride, the Gundam and Nu Gundam, alongside other fan favorites such as Z Gundam, God Gundam, and Wing Gundam Zero.
Furthermore, an impressive six Mobile Suits from the Gundam SEED series have made it into the top rankings. Even the “Akai Gundam” (Red Gundam) from the latest installment, Kidou Senshi Gundam GQuuuuuuX, has secured a spot!
